Area Sales Managers – Midlands / London / South Yorkshire (office-based or home-based)

Positions have arisen for selling premium skin care products, targeting to salons, beauty clinics, spas, cosmetic offices/shops, chemists and owners of independent stores in your geographical area.

Responsibilities:

  • Able to develop and generate new business in your geographical area
  • Build strong relationships with clients and tailored to their needs
  • Ensure your client accounts in good payment order
  • Assist to develop and implement sales and promotion programs
  • Report to the head office and complete administrative tasks
  • Participate in trade shows and other duties as required
  • Field based, may required flexibility weekdays and weekends

Competencies:

  • Must have suitable beauty qualifications
  • Have experiences in selling cosmetic and skin care products
  • Demonstrate a strong business sense for B2B and B2C business
  • Persuasive – the ability to change and influence senior personnel
  • Highly self-motivated to achieve and exceed targets (transform unachievable into achievable)
  • Excellent communication and follow up skills; ability to provide appropriate information timely and concisely
  • Multi-site and stand alone experiences
  • Must have full UK driving license

Up to 25K basic ote 35K + fuel reimbursement

Product Manager/Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of product development from idea to launch as well as promotion & marketing
  • Update project status tracker
  • Off-site coordinating with suppliers from start to dispatch (required)
  • Responsible for reformulation of existing products
  • Negotiation on activities and costs with suppliers
  • Self-support on administrative works, including but not limited to ensuring all supplier files and product paperwork (cost/product specifications/ product descriptions) is well filed
  • Support the other managers and any ad hoc duties
  • Team-work orientated and great communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor and control of product stock levels

Competencies:

  • Education: A-level or above, GCSE English B+
  • 3 years experience in product development or marketing
  • Must be completely fluent in English with excellent written and grammatical skills enabling them to copy write a wide range of marketing materials
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Strong sense of accountability and spirit to “move things forward”
  • Creative thinker
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Knowledge in beauty, skincare and ingredient trends
  • Lower experience will be considered as Officer

Hours Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)

Salary 20K – 25K

Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the publication materials to maximize brand recognition (from copy writing to final distribution)
  • Create and develop new ways of communication (B2B and B2C)
  • Plan, create and organize all marketing activities/ programme from scratch (including trade show, event, launching etc.)
  • Work with internal and external parties, including PR agency, media, editors, publishers, sales team etc.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities/ programme.
  • Maintain the website, social media and  all communication channels.

Competencies:

  • Education: marketing or design degree
  • Excellent experience in multi-media communication channels.
  • Excellent in Computer literate (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Excellent in creative literate (Adobe, photoshop)
  • Experienced in varies marketing activities (exhibitions, trade show, social media, PR)
  • Strong and confident communicator
  • Proactive, thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
  • 2-3 years experiences in design/marketing for retail consumer goods
  • Keen interest in beauty and cosmetics industry
