AROMA

Top Note: Lavender Essential Oil

Lavender is one of the most calming herbal oils and benefits the mind and body by reducing anxiety and emotional stresses,   improving sleep and brain functions, relieving pain, and helping to heal burns and wounds.

Heart Note: Frankincense Essential Oil

The power of frankincense is extraordinary. Its sweet and woody fragrance is often used to promote relaxation, relieve chronic stress and anxiety, and reduce pain. It can build immunity, reduce inflammation, heal age spots, and help relax and calm the mind.

Base Note: Vanilla Extract

Vanilla is rated as one of the most relaxing aromas. Vanilla can be used as a sedative and body oil because of its properties as an antioxidant and antidepressant. Scientists found the smell of vanilla eases breathing problems and sleep apnea in premature infants. Warm vanilla helps bring an overall sense of balance and harmony to the body and mind.

INSTRUCTIONS

As a bubble bath gel, pour 2-3 capfuls under running water while stirring with hands.  It transforms into a hand-drawn lather that cleanses, hydrates, and balances the skin, and lets the mind relax into the beautiful scent of lavender, frankincense, and vanilla. It brings a sense of calm and inner peace and aids relaxation.

As a shower gel, apply a liberal amount on a sponge, massage into a lather, and rinse clean. It cleanses and softens the skin because it is rich in moisturizing aloe vera and a blend of plant-derived cleansing agents that nurture the skin every day.

For optimal results, follow by smoothing Tranquil Fields Body and Massage Oil over the skin, either before sleep or during the day, to aid relaxation.

Aloe vera has been used for a host of purposes since the ancient Egyptians called it the “plant of immortality.”  Aloe vera acts as a protective layer on the skin and helps replenish its moisture without giving it a greasy feel.  Giberellin in aloe vera stimulating the growth of new cells allows the skin to heal quickly and naturally with minimal scarring.
