Most orders are processed within 3 business days of receipt (processing time does not include weekends or holidays). All orders processed after 12:00 GMT will be processed the following business day, based on product availability. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or England public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

All orders are subject to bank authorization prior to processing and only purchases that are authorized and approved will be shipped.

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Please be advised that for security purposes, all package deliveries will require a signature. If a signature waiver is provided, cannot accept responsibility for the theft or loss of items once delivered. At this time we are unable to ship to the Channel Islands, to P.O. Boxes. Shipping outside the above location please contact us using the form on the Contact Us page of our Website (available at CONTACT US) and our customer care team will be happy to assist you.

We are sure that you will love your Kathleen products.  But in rare occasion that you just want to return your Kathleen products (only items purchased on accompanying with valid order information).

Please follow these easy steps:

  1. Package your items up (all the used or unused items), ensuring the delivery form is included in the parcel.
  2. Address the parcel to Order Department, Partridge Cottage, Henley Road, Warwick, UK CV35 8QT.
  3. Take the parcel to the Post Office and ask for proof of postage. Please be aware that the Post Office will charge you to send the package back.

If you can’t find your delivery form, please contact us using the form on the Contact Us page of our Website (available at CONTACT US).  We will send you a replacement form.  Alternatively you can arrange all returns to Order Department, Partridge Cottage, Henley Road, Warwick, UK CV35 8QT.

Please allow 14 calendar days from receipt of package for processing.
